Meet Amanda

Amanda Corral boasts a high standard of service stemming from her honest passion for helping people improve their lives. A third-generation Houstonian, Amanda is of Mexican-American and Colombian descent. She began developing a strong work ethic at age 13, performing across Texas and Mexico as a Tejano artist. The budding star eventually signed to a label as a recording artist with Universal Music Latino and another with BMG Publishing as a composer. Her time in the spotlight taught her valuable communication and marketing skills, which she eventually transferred to real estate.

 

Amanda’s first transaction, a $1.1 million deal in which she represented the seller of a small multifamily unit as well as the buyer, a local new-construction builder who was interested in the land, set the tone for her stellar career. The opportunity sparked her interest in new-development planning and displayed her innate ability to network, a trait that continues to enhance her career. After listing and selling entire new-construction developments with up to 18 homes in each, Amanda has gathered top-notch experience with everything from land acquisitions to modifying floor plans and picking selections.

 

As an agent, there isn’t anyone Amanda can’t help. Her diverse repertoire not only includes new-construction builders but first-time homebuyers, investors, and clients in the luxury market. Having rebuilt her own life as a single mom, she easily empathizes with people facing challenging choices when shopping for their first home and guides them — and everyone she meets — through the process with genuine care. Amanda’s hustle mentality doesn’t stop with her full-time work as a real estate professional. On the side, she runs a luxury car rental business and a small line of merchandise for the modern mom. In addition to her jobs, she selflessly extends her energy to the betterment of the community as a whole. The city of Houston officially proclaimed November 21, 2015, as “Amanda Corral Day” in honor of her charitable contributions. In her free time, Amanda enjoys cooking, decorating, fitness, family time, focusing on self-improvement, and caring for her beloved daughter, Mikaela.
